This Privacy Policy describes how EasyFlyTrip (a brand of Hassan Travels, Silchar, Assam, India) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you visit or make a booking on easyflytrip.com.
By using our platform you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
- "Platform / Service" — The EasyFlyTrip website at easyflytrip.com and all sub-pages and services offered therein.
- "Company / We / Us / Our" — Hassan Travels, trading as EasyFlyTrip, registered in Algapur, Silchar, Assam – 788101, India.
- "You / User" — Any individual accessing or using our Platform, including registered account holders and guests.
- "Personal Data" — Any information that can identify you directly or indirectly (e.g. name, email, phone, passport number).
- "Usage Data" — Technical data automatically collected about how you interact with the Platform (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent).
- "Cookies" — Small data files placed on your device by a website to store and retrieve browsing information.
- "Service Provider" — A third party that processes data on our behalf (e.g. payment gateways, airlines, analytics tools).
- "Account" — A unique account created when you register on EasyFlyTrip to access booking and profile features.
Personal Data
When you register, make a booking or contact us, we may collect:
- Full name (as on passport / government-issued ID)
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Date of birth (required for airline ticketing)
- Passport number, expiry date and nationality (for international bookings)
- Billing address, state, PIN/postal code and city
- Payment information (card last 4 digits, UPI ID — full card data is never stored by us)
- Travel preferences and frequent flyer numbers (optional)
Usage Data
We automatically collect the following when you use the Platform:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version and operating system
- Pages visited, search queries entered, buttons clicked
- Time and date of visits and time spent on each page
- Referral URL (the site that directed you to us)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and unique device identifiers
- Mobile network information and mobile operating system (for app/mobile users)
- Directly from you — when you register, book, fill out a form, or contact our support team.
- Automatically — via cookies, web beacons, server logs and analytics tools as you browse the Platform.
- From third parties — payment processors (EaseBuzz, Razorpay), airline GDS systems and hotel inventory APIs may share transaction-related data with us.
- From social platforms — if you use social login (Google, Facebook), we receive your name, email and profile photo from that platform with your consent.
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and similar technologies to improve your experience and analyse Platform usage.

EasyFlyTrip uses your personal data strictly for legitimate business and service purposes:
- Process bookings — to issue flight tickets, hotel vouchers and holiday package confirmations.
- Account management — to create and maintain your EasyFlyTrip account and provide access to booking history.
- Payment processing — to securely process transactions via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
- Customer support — to respond to queries, complaints, amendments and cancellation requests via email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Service communications — to send booking confirmations, E-tickets, PNR details, flight schedule change alerts, and check-in reminders.
- Marketing (with consent) — to send promotional offers, fare alerts, travel tips and newsletter emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Fraud prevention — to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, chargebacks and platform abuse.
- Legal compliance — to meet our obligations under Indian law (IT Act, DPDP Act, DGCA regulations, income tax requirements).
- Platform improvement — to analyse usage patterns, run A/B tests, and improve search, booking flow and user experience.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for unsolicited cold calls or spam.
We share your data only where necessary to deliver your booking or comply with law:
- Airlines & GDS providers — passenger name, passport details and contact information are shared to issue tickets and comply with DGCA/IATA regulations.
- Hotels & accommodation providers — name, check-in dates and contact number are shared to confirm reservations.
- Payment gateways — EaseBuzz, Razorpay and bank partners receive payment data in encrypted form to process transactions.
- Analytics partners — anonymised usage data is shared with Google Analytics to measure Platform performance. No personally identifiable data is shared.
- Legal & regulatory bodies — we disclose data to courts, government agencies, tax authorities or law enforcement when legally required.
- Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified in advance.
- With your explicit consent — for any other purpose not listed above, we will obtain your prior written consent.
We do not share your data with third-party marketing companies, data brokers or advertisers without your explicit consent.
- Booking records (PNR, passenger name, itinerary, payment receipts) are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws.
- Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where legal retention is mandated.
- Usage and analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in anonymised form.
- Marketing consent records are retained for 3 years after your last interaction.
- Customer support communication logs are retained for 2 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
Your data is primarily processed on servers located in India. When we use third-party service providers (e.g. cloud services, global GDS systems), your data may be transferred to and stored outside India.
- All international data transfers use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and comply with applicable data protection laws.
- We ensure third-party recipients maintain adequate security standards equivalent to Indian Data Protection requirements.
- By using our Platform and submitting your data, you consent to such transfers where necessary to fulfil your booking.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applicable international standards, you have the following rights:

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).

Withdraw consent for marketing or optional data uses at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@easyflytrip.com. We will respond within 30 days.
- You can delete your EasyFlyTrip account at any time from My Account → Settings → Delete Account.
- Upon deletion, your personal profile data (name, email, phone, saved travellers) is purged within 30 days.
- Completed booking records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law — this data cannot be deleted on request during the mandatory retention period.
- You can also email sales@easyflytrip.com to request data deletion if you do not have an account.
Business Transactions
If EasyFlyTrip is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you at least 30 days prior via email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law Enforcement
We may disclose your personal data when required by law or in response to valid orders from courts, government agencies, DGCA or other public authorities.
Other Legal Grounds
We may also disclose data if we genuinely believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation under Indian law
- Protect and defend EasyFlyTrip's rights or property
- Prevent or investigate fraud, security threats or illegal activity on the Platform
- Protect the personal safety of users or members of the public
- Defend against legal liability
- We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — we never store full card numbers.
- Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems and regular security audits.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only, with role-based access controls.
- We undergo periodic vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and patch security risks.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use best-practice measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
EasyFlyTrip is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
- If you believe your child under 13 has submitted personal data on our Platform, please contact us immediately at sales@easyflytrip.com and we will delete it promptly.
- Bookings for child passengers (under 12) must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above.
- Where required by law, we will seek verifiable parental consent before processing data for users between 13 and 18 years.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites — airline websites, hotel portals, tourism boards and payment providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
- We strongly recommend reading the privacy policy of every third-party site you visit via a link on our Platform.
- Clicking a third-party link takes you outside of EasyFlyTrip's control. Your use of that site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices or the Platform.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
- For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
- Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
