Welcome to EasyFlyTrip — a brand of Hassan Travels, an IATA-accredited travel agency based in Silchar, Assam, India. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" — The EasyFlyTrip website at easyflytrip.com, including all associated pages, tools and services.
- "User" — Any individual or entity who accesses, browses or makes a booking through our Platform.
- "Booking" — A confirmed reservation for flights, hotels, holiday packages or ancillary services made via the Platform.
- "Airline" — The carrier operating a flight for which a booking is made through our Platform.
- "Service Provider" — Any third party (airlines, hotels, transfers, insurance companies) whose offerings are facilitated through the Platform.
- "EasyFlyTrip / We / Us / Our" — Hassan Travels, trading as EasyFlyTrip, registered in Silchar, Assam, India.
By accessing the Platform or completing a booking, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
- Have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
- Agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you are responsible for ensuring those travellers are aware of and agree to these Terms.
EasyFlyTrip acts as an authorised travel agent and technology platform. We facilitate bookings — we do not operate any airlines, hotels or transport services ourselves.
- Flight Bookings — Domestic & international tickets across all major airlines including IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, Vistara, Emirates, Qatar Airways and more.
- Hotel Reservations — Accommodation across India and internationally via third-party hotel inventory providers.
- Holiday Packages — Curated domestic and international holiday packages including flights, hotels and sightseeing.
- Visa Assistance — Documentation guidance and visa filing support for popular destinations (not a guarantee of visa approval).
- B2B Portal — A dedicated portal for registered travel agents to access fares and manage sub-agent bookings.
EasyFlyTrip is an IATA-accredited agency. All bookings are confirmed via official airline GDS systems and provide PNR numbers valid directly with the airline.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Fares displayed are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment is completed and a confirmation email is sent.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and EMI options where available.
- A convenience fee may apply on certain payment methods as displayed during checkout.
- Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email containing your PNR/Booking Reference Number.
- It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email for accuracy — name spelling, dates, flight times and route.
Passenger names on tickets must exactly match the names on government-issued photo ID. Name corrections after ticketing may be charged as per airline policy.
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the airline or hotel fare rules applicable at the time of booking.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment source only. We do not issue cash refunds.
- EasyFlyTrip charges a service fee of ₹300–₹750 per passenger per sector for processing cancellations, in addition to airline charges.
- Requests for cancellation must be made via our website, email at sales@easyflytrip.com or phone before departure.
- For group bookings (10+ passengers), separate cancellation terms apply — contact our team for details.
Baggage allowances are set entirely by the operating airline and are not within EasyFlyTrip's control.
- Check-in and cabin baggage allowances are displayed on your booking confirmation and itinerary.
- Excess baggage fees are payable directly to the airline at check-in.
- Certain low-cost fare types (e.g., IndiGo Super Saver, SpiceJet Saver) include zero check-in baggage — always verify at booking.
- Special items such as sports equipment, musical instruments and medical devices are subject to individual airline policies.
- EasyFlyTrip is not liable for lost, damaged or delayed baggage — claims must be made directly with the airline.
- Flight fares are dynamic and may change without prior notice until payment is fully processed.
- In rare cases where a technical error results in an incorrect fare being published, EasyFlyTrip reserves the right to cancel the affected booking and issue a full refund.
- Fuel surcharges, government taxes, passenger service fees and airport development fees are included in the total fare displayed at checkout.
- For international flights, currency fluctuations may affect the final INR amount charged — the displayed amount at checkout is final for that session only.
Always complete your payment in a single session. Holding a fare for more than 15–30 minutes without payment may result in fare change or seat unavailability.
Users are fully responsible for the following:
- Providing accurate personal information — full name as on passport/ID, date of birth, contact number and email address.
- Ensuring all travellers hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, OCI/PIO cards, and health documents as required by the destination country.
- Checking in on time as per the airline's requirements (typically 2 hours before domestic, 3 hours before international departures).
- Verifying all booking details — flight date, time, route, class — immediately upon receipt of the confirmation email.
- Keeping contact details up to date so that airline schedule changes and booking alerts can be communicated.
- Complying with all airline rules, airport security procedures, immigration requirements and applicable laws of the origin and destination countries.
Your privacy is important to us. Our full Privacy Policy governs how we collect and process your data.
- We collect personal data (name, email, phone, payment details) solely to process bookings and provide customer support.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Booking data is shared only with relevant service providers (airlines, hotels) to fulfil your reservation.
- We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember preferences, and analyse site usage. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
- We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your payment and personal information.
EasyFlyTrip acts as an intermediary facilitating bookings with third-party service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for flight cancellations, delays, diversions, or denied boarding caused by airlines, weather, air traffic control, or government action.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, damage, death, expense or inconvenience arising during travel.
- We are not liable for hotel overbooking, deterioration in hotel standards, or service failures by accommodation providers.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen travel documents, valuables or personal property during your journey.
- Our maximum total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to EasyFlyTrip for that booking.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss and other travel risks.

- All content on the EasyFlyTrip Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of EasyFlyTrip or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any content without our express prior written consent.
- The EasyFlyTrip name, logo and tagline are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial travel booking purposes only.
Users must not:
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
- Use automated bots, scrapers or scripts to access, harvest data or place bookings without explicit written permission.
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit bookings made through our consumer portal without a valid B2B agreement.
- Post false, misleading or defamatory content in reviews, feedback forms or any communication channel.
- Abuse the cancellation and refund process, including intentional chargebacks without prior dispute resolution attempts.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

- If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
- The seat of arbitration shall be Silchar, Assam, India.
- You agree to waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EasyFlyTrip.
- Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Silchar, Assam, India.
- EasyFlyTrip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
